What Your Day Actually Looks Like
Your Mobile Studio:
- 4-6 thoughtfully scheduled pups per day
- Fully-equipped van with high quality tools and supplies
- One-on-one attention for every dog
- Clients who genuinely appreciate your work
The Work Itself:
- Full-service grooming from nail trims, bath, to full body cuts
- Handle dogs of all sizes (up to 75+ pounds)
- Build lasting relationships with pet parents who choose quality
- Work independently with a support team that makes your job easier every step of the way
What You Won't Deal With:
- Unrealistic quotas that force corner-cutting
- Back-to-back appointments with no breathing room
- Cheap supplies that make your job harder
- Clients who only care about the lowest price
Who We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of professional grooming experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Comfortable handling dogs up to 75+ pounds
- Basic smartphone skills
- Strong communication with pet parents
The Right Mindset:
- Quality over quantity approach
- Genuine passion for dog care and wellness
- Independent worker who takes pride in their craft
- Problem-solver who adapts to each dog's needs
What We Offer
Compensation:
- $16-$20 per hour (base pay plus tips)
- bi-monthly payroll
